Pinellas County’s $90+ Million Employment Sites Program
Pinellas County instituted the Employment Sites Program (ESP) through the fourth iteration of Penny for Pinellas. This is the first time that funds from this revenue source have been associated with economic development initiatives. A total of 4.15% of the net proceeds of the Penny for Pinellas funds are dedicated to countywide investments in Economic Development Capital Projects. Over ten years it is anticipated that approximately $93 Million will be available.

Pinellas Celebrates New Industrial Facility
OLDSMAR, Fla – The Pinellas County Commission celebrated on Sept. 6, the completion of Brooker Creek South, the first industrial facility supported in part by the Employment Sites Program (ESP).
